Prepare to Travel - A month to declutter - Day Thirteen - Medications

Welcome to day 13 of decluttering to free your home and your mind.

Today is an easy declutter, but one that we often do not get around to doing.

  1. Find all your medication and put in one spot to sort it out.

  2. Are we still taking the medication? Keep it safe.

  3. Check the expiry date. It is easy to put new medication on top of old ones, and then use the newer ones first. Rotate your medication by date.

  4. If we are no longer taking it, get rid of it by taking it to your local pharmacy. They can dispose of these safely. DO NOT put medication down the toilet or the sink, it gets in our waterways. Never give your medication to anyone else.

Reward yourself with something special after this cleanse today. You deserve it!

Please feel free to comment about any other uses for towels that you experience, and enjoy the rest of the decluttering series.

Happy Travels!
